Stafet · work that passes hands
See who is waiting on whom.
Stafet splits your projects into tasks owned by roles, connects the hand-offs and shows every person – and every AI agent – what they can start on now.
A free plan is on its way. Data stored in the EU.

Waiting on Legal
The problem
Work doesn't stall in the tasks. It stalls in the hand-offs.
A developer, a lawyer, a finance approver and – more and more often – an AI agent. Each of them does their part well. The time is lost between them, and most tools don't show it.
Lists hide the order
Boards and to-do lists show tasks side by side. What has to happen first lives in someone's head – or in a Gantt add-on nobody opens.
Tasks belong to people, not roles
When the task is assigned to Maria, the plan breaks the day Maria goes on holiday. Responsibility sits with a role; people fill it.
AI agents work outside the plan
What an agent does rarely shows up in the project. You can't see what it is waiting for, or who has to approve the result.
How it works
Three steps – like a relay race.
Each role runs its leg and hands over the baton. The next one starts the moment they get it.
-
Split up the work
Project, phase, work package, task – use the levels you need and call them what you always have. A small team uses two; a large programme uses all six.
-
Connect the hand-offs
Drag from one task to another to say “this one waits for that one” – across projects too. Loops can't be drawn, and everything can be undone.
-
Start when it's ready
When everything a task waits for is done, it becomes ready. Everyone can see what they can start on now – and what they are holding up themselves.
One plan, several views
The board shows what now. The timeline shows when.
Each view is the same plan seen from another side. Change it in one place and the others follow.
Month-end close as a board. The columns are your own statuses; ready and blocked are calculated.

People and agents
An AI agent is a colleague with a role.
In Stafet an agent sits in the plan like everyone else. It takes tasks when they become ready, reports back what it has done, and a person approves the result before the next leg starts.
Stafet is planned and built in Stafet. Claude fetches the tasks that are ready through Stafet's connector, does the work and reports back – every day.
-
Connected to Claude today
Stafet's MCP server lets Claude find work that is ready, create and update tasks and write comments – with your permissions and every change in the history.
-
A task brief, not a prompt in a chat
An agent task has a goal, inputs and acceptance criteria – useful to a person today and to an agent tomorrow.
-
A person always approves
The agent's result waits for a person to accept it. Nothing moves on just because a model said it was done.
Who it's for
Small businesses with recurring processes. Large programmes with many hands.
Small businesses
Onboarding, delivery, month-end close – the processes you run again and again, without a project manager to chase them.

Questions
Where is our data stored?
In Microsoft Azure in the EU (Germany). Each organisation's data is kept apart in the database itself – not only in the application.
Can we bring our projects over from Asana?
Yes. The import moves tasks, comments, dates and dependencies, and shows you a dry run before anything is written.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. Stafet runs in the phone's browser and can be added to the home screen. Planning is easiest on a larger screen; seeing and completing your own tasks is easy on both.
Which languages does Stafet speak?
The app itself is in English. Help and support are in English and Danish.
Can we connect our own tools?
Claude can be connected today through Stafet's MCP server. A public API and webhooks will follow for larger customers.
