Privacy policy

How we handle your information on stafet.net

In short: we set no cookies. We count visits without being able to see who you are. And if you join the waitlist, we use your details only to tell you when the free plan opens.

Last updated 7 November 2026. This policy covers the website stafet.net. Use of the Stafet app itself at app.stafet.net is described in a separate data processing agreement and privacy policy.

Who is responsible

Stafet is a product of CEPU ApS, a secondary name of Center for Praksisudvikling ApS, CVR 35840583, with its registered office in Aarhus, Denmark. The company is the data controller for the information described here.

If you have questions, or want to use your rights, write to hi@stafet.net.

When you join the waitlist

If you join, we receive your name and your email. We use them only to send you one email when the free plan opens, and to reply if you write to us. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to hi@stafet.net, and we will remove you from the list.

How long we keep them

We delete your name and email once we have let you know, and at the latest 12 months after you joined.

Visitor statistics without cookies

We'd like to know how many people visit the site and which sections they read. So we count page views, the page you came from, the type of browser and the approximate country.

For this we use Plausible Analytics. No cookies are set, and nothing is stored on your device. Your IP address and your browser's details are used only in the moment, to look up the country and to make a code that changes every day. The IP address itself is not stored. We therefore cannot recognise you from one day to the next. The figures are kept, in aggregate, for 12 months.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving the website (Article 6(1)(f)).

Technical logs

Like every web server, ours records requests with their IP address and time, so we can find faults and fend off attacks. The logs are deleted automatically after 30 days. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and running (Article 6(1)(f)).

Cookies

stafet.net uses no cookies – not even other parties'. Fonts and images are loaded from our own server, so your visit isn't passed on to, for example, Google. That is also why there is no cookie banner.

If you sign in at app.stafet.net, the app uses the cookies needed to keep you signed in. They are described in the app's own privacy policy.

We never sell your information, and we don't share it with others for their own purposes. We use these suppliers, who process the information on our behalf under a data processing agreement:
